Common questions
How do I cancel my SELO Premium subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions, then SELO Premium, then Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
I lost my data after switching devices.
SELO keeps your data on the device by default. If you signed in to a SELO account, your data syncs to the cloud and is restored on any signed-in device. If you didn't have an account, the data lived only on the previous device. Sign in via Profile › Account on your new device — if your account exists, everything restores within seconds.
Is SELO Premium required to use the app?
No. SELO works fully without an account or subscription. Premium unlocks AI training plans, AI transformation reports, and AI scan extraction.
Can I use SELO without HealthKit?
Yes. HealthKit makes the experience richer (auto-imported steps, calories, sleep, weight) but everything can also be entered manually.
